Artist Statement

Don’t misplace your purpose,”  a favorite quote, urges me to expand, trust and share what lies within.  Since first laying brush to pallet, I have been spiritually inspired and fascinated with the beauty of nature.  An improvisational approach to the subject matter and exploration and experimentation with the media best express my ideas and feelings.  The process directs my expression.  My goal is for each piece to be an adventure during a journey always looking for something new to feed my spirit.
